Our founder Sam is a fellow of the RICS, and was Vice Chair at the IRPM. IRPM and ARMA merged earlier this year and formed The Property Institute (TPI), of which Sam is now a Director. These three industry bodies are among the most highly regarded organisations when it comes to residential property industry.
Passion
While our levels of support and expertise are second to none, what really sets SAMAS apart is our passion, energy and care for managing properties, not just compliantly, but in the best way for the people involved.
For many, the management of their property is something they want to be as hassle-free as possible. At SAMAS we believe being passionate about what we do is what will help make sure that you have as little as possible to think about, especially when things (inevitably) go wrong.

Respect
It's amazing to think that this needs saying in 2022, but a cornerstone of our approach is mutual respect between residents, directors and managing agent.
The 2022 IRPM and ARMA Wellbeing Survey showed a staggering 90% of property managers reported being verbally abused while at work.
At SAMAS we hold a zero tolderance policy for any type of abuse. We are grateful to the IRPM and ARMA for sharing this poster, and to our residents and directors for respecting us, our profession and our position on this matter.

About our founder
Sam is a Fellow the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), was Vice Chair at the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) before becoming a Director at new body the Property Institute (TPI), and is a founder of Doyenne, a networking group for women in the property management industry.
With over 25 years' experience, Sam not only has an in-depth knowledge, but also has accumulated a large network of helpful contacts throughout the industry.
Sam's decision to launch SAMAS came after decades running and growing property management brands for other businesses. With her in depth understanding of the industry, SAMAS is designed to invigorate the sector and give customers the service they expect and deserve.
Sam is always keen to offer help and support to those involved in the sector - from residents, developers and freeholders, to contractors and anyone looking to join the industry.
