For an annual fee, SAMAS can take on the work of filing annual returns, managing the register of directors and shareholders, and providing all other relevant information to statutory bodies.

Directors' Training
While becoming a Director of your Resident Management Company (RMC) is often rewarding and always worthwhile, it is not a commitment to be entered into lightly.
With experience of residential property management spanning three decades, including acting as a director of both RMCs and managing agents, our founder Sam is among the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry.
Our Directors' Training course can be tailored to the needs of the property and your own levels of knowledge and experience, and can be arranged via video call or in person. The lessons you will learn have the potential not only to help you to guide the effective management of your development, but also support your own future career endeavours either in property or more generally as a senior manager or director.
Lifestyle Management
Our tailored services extend to taking care of everything you could ever need to think about when owning your property.
