From tackling complex challenges to achieving significant milestones, the past 12 months have been full of progress and innovation in how we manage properties and serve our clients.

This year we oversaw several major works projects, including an external refurbishment valued at over £100,000. Projects like this demonstrate our commitment to enhancing the value and appearance of the properties we manage, ensuring leaseholders see real benefits from their service charges, and residents love the homes they live in.
Streamlining Operations
We’ve processed thousands of works orders, ensuring that issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Whether it was coordinating emergency repairs or managing planned maintenance, we stayed focused on keeping properties running smoothly.
Building Stronger Relationships
2024 was also a year of reinforcing our connections – with residents, leaseholders, and our clients. By enhancing communication and being proactive in addressing concerns, we hope that we’ve continued to build trust and ensure satisfaction across the board.

Our Managing Director Sam Massey picked up this prestigious award at the ARMA ACE Awards in June this year. We’re incredibly proud of her!
What Makes SAMAS Different

Looking Ahead to 2025
As we close the book on 2024, we’re excited about what’s to come in the new year. We’ve got new clients in the pipeline, plans to streamline our operations still further, and most importantly, continue to focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional service to our customers.
